Use a Pneumatic Forklift
You could usually find pneumatic forklifts in warehouses and shipping operations. Also called pallet trucks or pump trucks, they are used to transport products and supplies around on wooden pallets utilizing metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight includes a pump that can raise the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is intended to be operated by a single individual.
To be able to avoid loosing control while lifting heavy loads, pallet trucks must always be operated with care. Machine should be checked prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstacle. Check that the handle turns smoothly. The pallet must be carefully stacked to be able to ensure that nothing will fall off during transportation.
On the end of the pallet truck's handle, squeeze the level situated on the inside of the metal loop to release the air in the pump and lower the forks. The forks can then be pushed into the slots of the pallet. The forks must be centered in order to ensure equal distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the handle of the pneumatic lift until the pallet has completely cleared the ground. Do not raise the pallet very high or the forklift can unbalance.
Pull on the handle and drag it behind you if you want to move the pallet. It is truly not safe to push the pallet ahead of you because the momentum can cause it to go out of control. Slowly take turns and don't try to stop suddenly. Slowly stop, squeeze the lever, and the forks would lower to the ground. Finally, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent place.
